Training Program & Prices

Free Orientation and Consultation Session

Before any commitments are made, we do an orientation and consultation session. 
This covers the following:

​

  • Medical screening, (medical forms, blood pressure and heart rate check)

  • Postural/strength assessment. 

  • This information is used to create your program, along with your goals.

​

This free session is a chance for you to see our workout space and allows you to be sure we are a good fit as client(s) and trainer.

HIIT Training

HIIT means "High Intensity Interval Training".

​

HIIT is a form of interval training with timed repeats of exercise
and rest, performed back-to-back for both cardio and strength
training. 

Snow Training

Strength preparation for snow season, concentrating on injury
prevention by increasing muscle symmetry, flexibility and
movement in ankle, knees and hips as well as improving
core strength.

Functional Training

A type of exercise program that mimics common movements you make
in your daily life. It is helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention,
and other everyday fitness tasks.

Golf Training

A training program consisting of exercises and stretching specific
to the sport of golf, focusing on core strength, balance, stability,
and flexibility.

Circuit Training

A form of conditioning that involves endurance, resistance, and
aerobics training performed in a circuit. It is like high-intensity
interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
A "circuit" is one completion of a set exercises in the program,
with a rest break, then repeating.

Bootcamp Training

Training in groups using variety of equipment both in and outdoors,
in a circuit training format.

Private Sessions

One person training

$120 per session

$600 • 10-Session Package (55 min. sessions)

$500 • 10-Session Package (45 min. sessions)

Semi-Private Sessions

Two person training

$140 per session

$700 • 10-Session Package (55 min. sessions)

$600 • 10-Session Package (45 min. sessions)

(prices divided equally between each person)

Group Sessions

Three person training

$300 / per person

10-Session Package (55 min. sessions)

In Studio | min 3 - max 4 clients

Outdoors | min 3 - max 6 clients
